Our travel to Thiruvannamalai

In February 2017,  We went to Thiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu to visit Arunachala Temple.

We have gone by train from Warangal, Telangana to Chennai Central Railway Station, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. From Chennai Central, we have caught the bus to CMBT and from there Thiruvannamalai. It is a long journey. We didn't plan well. There are so many other routes which save time.

We have booked a lodge and stayed over there. After refreshment, we went to visit the temple.  Due to special occasions going in the temple, we didn't have a deity darshan.

We also visited the Ramana Maharshi Ashram. One of the mandatory place to visit. We, however, missed the Arunachala Hill visit.
