2018 is one of my best years. This is the year I have decluttered most of my stuff traditionally and digitally.
When it comes to digital minimalism, I watched so many YouTube videos but, Kraig Adams and Mariana's Study Corner's YouTube videos inspired me a lot. Here are the videos. (Scroll down for more)
2. Usage of 'Labels' simplifies organizing the emails.
3. Cleaning up the 'Bin' regularly.
4. Deleted unwanted e-mails
5. Archived/Archiving e-mail(s) on a daily basis.
6. Checking the 'Sent' folder regularly.
Google Photos: This one took a long time to organize it. Why because I have a ton of social apps and all those photos were automatically backed up to the Google Photos due to not configuring it properly.
1. Changed the settings to upload from a specific folder.
2. Deleted the unwanted photos.
3. Added the necessary photos to the albums.
Google Drive/Docs/Sheets/Slides:
1. Deleted the unwanted files.
2. Moved the necessary files to the folders and color-coded them.
3. Converted the existing Microsoft Office files to Google Docs format.
Google Blogger:
1. Deleted the unwanted blog posts.
2. Changed the blog titles for existing posts.
3. Inserting the Photos and Videos from Google Photos and YouTube to save space (Situational).
YouTube:
1. Changed settings to Private/Public for Liked videos and Playlists.
2. Deleting the history like comments, likes, search, etc., on a regular basis.
3. Created the playlists according to the genre.
Google Contacts:
1. Deleted the unwanted contacts.
2. Made necessary edits for the existing contacts.
3. Created the labels for better organization.
4. Changed the settings accordingly.
Google Maps:
1. Deleted some reviews.
2. Made necessary edits for the existing reviews.
3. Contributed/ing the photos.
4. Changed the settings accordingly.
Google My Business:
1. Deleted the unwanted posts.
2. I quit from managing other's accounts.
Google Chrome:
1.Moving the bookmarks to Google Keep notes (Switched back to bookmarks:))
2. Installed the necessary extensions and removed the unused.
3. Changed the settings accordingly.
Google Keep notes:
1. Deleted/Archived the unwanted/completed notes.
2. Organised the notes using Labels
3. Using it as note-taking and reminders.
Google Sites:
1.Created the sites for sharing the Google Docs, Photos, Videos, etc., (Stopped using Google Sites)
Google Calendar:
1. Deleted the unwanted calendar entries.
2. Changed the settings accordingly.
Google Neighbourly:
1. Deleting the old suggestions which I made.
Google My Account:
1. Enabled the Two Factor Authentication using (App based) and made other necessary changes.
Google My Activity:
1. One can clear all the activities made using one's Google Account.
Other services:
1. Repeated the same above steps to clear the history of other services.
For examples like Microsoft (Outlook, Office, Skype, Account settings, etc.,), Apple iCloud services, Adobe, Facebook Activity Log, deleting Twitter tweets, WhatsApp, Snapchat, and Messenger messages/conversations, etc.,
2. And deleted the so many unnecessary accounts
Learning new languages:
1. Using the 'Drops' app to learn/improve my British English.
2. Watching YouTube videos to learn/improve French and British English languages.
3. These are the books I am using to learn British English and French languages: Learn English by Santanu Sinha, IELTS book by Cambridge, and Complete French by Gaelle Graham.
Google Free e-courses:
1. Getting familiar with Google services by learning via the Teacher Center and also useful for job/business.
Office Suite:
1. I use both Google Docs (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.,) and Microsoft Office.
and coming to Traditional,
1. I have minimized my clothing to three pairs and another three pairs for special occasions.
2, Two mobile numbers with different networks.
3. Minimised eating outside food and learning to cook at home.
4. Minimised Caffeine related drinks like Tea, Coffee, and Soft Drinks.
5. Minimised gossips and focused on meditation, reading useful books, and learning/improving the new/existing skills.
6. Reduced traveling.

I have chosen Google Services after a great deal of research!
MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE PRIVACY SETTINGS TIME TO TIME OF ALL YOUR ACCOUNTS AND USE STRONG PASSWORDS
E-Mail: I have chosen to use Gmail as my primary. Prior to this, I have tried Outlook and iCloud but, Gmail suits my needs.
1. I have changed my Inbox type to Priority Inbox which is very useful. I can glance at the Inbox and I can figure it out which is useful and which is not.2. Usage of 'Labels' simplifies organizing the emails.
