After a long time, I have used the Paytm to pay my electricity bill. My previous experience with Paytm was not that smooth. I have retried again and this time it was a breeze.
1. Open Paytm
2. Select Electricity
3. Select State, Electricity board, District/Type, District,
4. Enter Service Number (see the sample provided by the Paytm)
5. Enter Amount
6. Click on Proceed to Pay
7. I have selected the UPI Payments (Google Pay India) and voila it's done :)
