How I use Gmail πŸ’Œ in 7 points.

 Updated on 29 September 2020

1. I make sure to check the 'Last Account Activity' almost daily.
===

2. I check how much storage is left. It reminds me to clean the unwanted messages.
===

3. I usually check the Inbox, Snoozed, Sent, All Mail, Spam, and Bin folders regularly and archive/deletes the wanted/unwanted messages.
===

4. I have turned on the setting to block the external images showing automatically due to the security issue.
===

5. I have turned on the 'Smart Compose' in settings. It helps us in predicting the words/sentences accordingly. This feature is powered by AI and it is evolving :)
===

6. Gmail Smart Reply feature comes handy when we need to reply in simple sentences.
===

7. My favorite Inbox type in Gmail is the 'Important First' type. It shows us the important emails on the top row and it is quite easy for us to focus on the most important ones.
