My experience at City Union Bank ATM while depositing cash in ATM.......
When I entered into the CUB ATM (City Union Bank), I was looking to deposit cash in ATM. I have asked the Security Guard to instruct me on how to do it as it was the first time for me.
He denied there was no cash deposit enabled ATM here. I was about to go, before going I had seen the instruction card on the ATM that, it is a CDM (Cash Deposit Machine) enabled ATM.
I again asked the Security Guard on looking at these instruction cards, this time he said, this was only for CUB Account holders. I said I am a CUB account holder. Then, I asked him to tell me how-to deposit the cash using this ATM. He then showed me the hands-on demo.
One can do the cardless/card transactions.
1. Cardless transactions need Account Number.
2. Card transactions need the Card (In my case it is Debit Card)
After following the series of instructions it opens the door to insert our cash and loads the money into our account.

It is one of the painless processes for account holders as there is no need to visit the branch for smaller transactions.
