Applying Visa debit card at City Union Bank 💳

When I opened my savings account in City Union Bank, I received the RuPay debit card. Actually, I was expecting a Visa debit card since, RuPay card is not accepted by the Google Play, Netflix, and Apple Music, etc.,

After 16 months, I have applied for a Visa Debit Card by filling out the request form which is free of charge. In 12 days, I got the debit card. As soon as I received the card, I tried it on Google Play but not accepted. I'll wait for another 10 days and try again :) I had the same experience with the DBS Visa debit card, later tried and it worked.
Bonus: I have applied to update my contact information (Mobile Number and E-Mail). After two days, they updated my mobile number but it took them 3 months to update my e-mail address. Pathetic!
