I usually use the Alarms & Clock app which comes with Windows 10 to protect my eyes while working on computers (Windows 10).
I follow the 20-20-20 rule by setting up multiple timers. I take the One Minute Break in between them.
STEPS:
1. Open the Alarms&Clock app
2. Click on Timer Tab
3. Click on '+' (bottom right corner) to add a new timer(s) and set the time.
I used Snip & Sketch screenshot and annotation tool which comes with Windows 10 1809 October update. https://www.windowscentral.com/how-use-snip-sketch-take-screenshots-windows-10-october-2018-update
