Ask a series of questions to crack the truth and help one from defamation.

1. Ask about their relationship.
2. Ask them to tell Time in and Time out.
3. Full Date.
4. CCTV footage.
5. Voice or Video call logs, recordings, and timestamps. (Prepaid/Postpaid)
6. What type of dress they are wearing. 
7. At which place the conversation occurred.
8. Via which medium - chats, texts, photos, videos, social accounts, e-mails, SMS, MMS, etc.
9. Ask them to show their Official IDs like Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving License, Ration Card, Passport, SSN, Employment ID, Student ID, etc.
10. Ask about their medical history.
11. Ask them to file a complaint in Police Station.
12. Ask them, are they ready to take a series of tests like Truth serum, Narco Analysis Test, Telepathy, Lie detection test, Polygraph test, Graphology, etc.,
